The Western Michigan University Broncos welcomed the San Jose Spartans in their Sept. 24 match-up at
Waldo Stadium. It was a windy day in Kalamazoo, which led to a slow–paced defensive battle as
the Broncos edged out the Spartans 20–3. Home field advantage has been nice to the Broncos this
season, as they now sit 2–0 at home with a 3–1 record this season. The Broncos now get ready for
a tough match up against the Buffalo Bulls with hopes to stay at top of the MAC division.
